Through an introduction of a restorative practices model, teachers can build inclusiveness, reduce harm, increase cohesiveness and foster a learning community that addresses the overall benefit to students and the community as a whole. The session is designed to meet the needs of all teachers, counsellors and administrators as a general introduction with possibilities for follow-up training and implementation strategies.
